Debbie Stellar joined the Kieffer | Starlite team in 2001 and has been in the sign industry since 1986.
Debbie is an award winning global sales consultant who brings 20+ years of sign experience to the Kieffer | Starlite team. She has been a large part of Kieffer | Starlite’s growth over the past 10 years. She has developed many long term relationships with clients because of her consistent ability to deliver superior service and solutions.
Debbie specializes in representing her clients around the country maximizing their branding opportunities by handling sign code variances and challenging planned development criteria to obtain the sign package the client needs for success.
Prior to her involvement in the sign industry, Debbie worked in lumber sales in Texas.
Rick Sutton joined the Kieffer | Starlite team in 1989 and Kieffer | Starlite was his first stop in the sign industry. He came to Kieffer | Starlite after 12 years in the restaurant industry.
Rick specializes in working with start up companies. His client base includes these start up companies, as well as general contractors and landlords. His understanding of sign codes and landlord criteria installs trust in clients and potential clients.
Rick’s prides himself in handling a clients needs from start to finish. From receipt of an address, Rick and his assistant Kristy will research city code and landlord requirements and propose the largest and most effective signage for the customer.
David Williams joined the Kieffer | Starlite team in 2004 and has been in the sign industry more than 25 years.
David has gained a wealth of experience with all types of signs, clients, and solutions. He has worked in both the commercial and architectural markets and has developed expertise in both. David works as an advocate for his clients and relentless at finding product solutions that deliver results.
His varied experience is transferred directly to his consultative approach to sales and he is driven to provide a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
David Scott joined the Kieffer | Starlite team in 2011 and has been in the sign industry since 1999.
David brings experience in commercial, architectural, retail, and one of a kind landmark construction projects. Through individualized construction, David is able to effectively deliver on premise identity branding solutions representative of the customer’s image. His knowledge of lean manufacturing and value engineering techniques incorporate the most advanced products and equipment in the sign industry and allows him to offer high quality signage at competitive pricing to clients.
David is unique in the fact that he has worked in many aspects of the sign business. Starting in the vinyl shop and various manufacturing stations throughout the shop allows him great insight. He has also worked as an installation manager.
David’s commitment to offer the highest level of customer service is matched by his due diligence to ensure a project’s success from conception to completion.
