Terry Brockett

President

Terry joined the Kieffer | Starlite team in 1992 and Kieffer | Starlite has been his home since he was a child.

He is a second generation owner, his father Marion bought Kieffer | Starlite in 1976 and Terry spent a great deal of time at the sign shop as a child.  He has experience in the shop fabricating a variety of the products Kieffer | Starlite provides.  He also has an extensive background in purchasing, estimating, and sales.  Terry grew up in the business and graduated with a BBA in Marketing from the University of North Texas in 1997.

His in depth understanding of Kieffer | Starlite capabilities and client needs has shaped Kieffer | Starlite’s priorities over the past several years.  His desire to have a company that creates a positive client experience is at the forefront of all decisions.

Terry also has a high level of involvement in the promotion of the sign industry.  He helped start the Greater DFW Sign Association, and was president of the Texas Sign Association from 2009-2010.  Educating municipalities and businesses alike he feels is a key component of keeping the industry strong for the future.

Phillip Londenberg

Phillip Londenberg

Director of Production

Phillip joined the Kieffer | Starlite team in 2007 and has been in the sign industry since 1977.

Phillip brings a very diverse background to the Kieffer | Starlite team.  Phil started in 1977 making hand patterns and engineering drawings for one of the largest sign companies in the U.S. at the time.  He then moved into production and installation areas and eventually into production management.  He came to Kieffer | Starlite after an eleven year stay at a sign company in California.

Phillip is driven by results.  Scheduling is at the forefront of his daily activities.  In a constantly changing construction environment, results don’t happen without proper planning.  This is where Phillip excels. He is constantly in pursuit of how to do things better, faster, and cheaper. He also holds a Master Sign Electrician License from the State of Texas.

Debbie Stellar

Debbie Stellar

Director of Sales

Debbie joined the Kieffer | Starlite team in 2001 and has been in the sign industry since 1988.

She is an award winning global sales consultant who brings over 25 years expertise in the sign industry to Kieffer | Starlite. The last several years she has been with Kieffer | Starlite helping to achieve record sales. She has developed many long term relationships with clients because of her consistent ability to deliver superior service and solutions.

Debbie specializes in representing clients across the United States maximizing their branding opportunities by handling municipal sign code variances and challenging planned development criteria to obtain the signage package requested by her clients.

Debbie was named Woman of the Year by the National Association of Professional Women in 2013. She now serves on the Texas Sign Association Board of Directors and actively supports the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.

Prior to the sign industry, Debbie worked in lumber sales. She lives in Ft. Worth with her husband, John and enjoys spending time with her children, grandchildren and great-granddaughter.

Paula joined the Kieffer | Starlite team in 2007, has been in the sign industry since 1999 and brings many years of experience in Project Management. From the project due diligence through completion, Paula’s steady direction in leading a national sign program ensures the peace of mind for every client’s project.

Paula’s philosophy is to own responsibility for the performance expectations and outcome for our clients. The importance of internal communication, follow through and training of our Kieffer | Starlite staff is something we work on daily, as we are guided by ensuring client satisfaction and the ability to maintain lasting relationships.

Randy Monden

Randy Monden

Director / Controller

Randy joined the Kieffer | Starlite team in 2014.

Randy brings over 25 years of comprehensive Accounting, Finance, and Operations skills, experience, and accomplishments to the Kieffer | Starlite team. His manufacturing career began on the Shop Floor working in all the various areas of production – Assembly, Production Control, and Quality Control. This experience instilled the value and importance of in-depth product knowledge and a total understanding of the activity cost drivers.

After graduating from the University of North Texas in 1989 with a BBA Management/Accounting, Randy continued his Managerial Accounting career working for Fortune 100 Manufacturing Firms in the areas of Aerospace/Defense, Telecommunications, Mining, and Welding Products. He career advanced in multiple managerial positions to Director of Accounting/Finance/Human Resources/and IT.

Utilizing his broad based skills in Accounting and Operations, Randy was the “Change Agent” and Leader in initiatives for Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, and World Class Manufacturing/Accounting Systems. He led and executed the successful implementation of fully integrated Cost Accounting, Finance, and Manufacturing ERP Oracle and SAP Systems.

Randy strongly believes the true value that the Accounting/Finance Team provides to a Firm is to constantly focus on the needs of its Internal Customers, to be proactive in providing information to all organizational levels – from Operations Managers to Company President – information to assist them in managing, executing, and operating more efficiently and effectively.

He holds memberships in Institute of Management Accountants, National Management Association, and American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS).
